				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Manuel Quinto-Pozos has joined DDOL after years of experience as a litigation attorney at the Chicago office of a large law firm, where he concentrated his work in commercial litigation and then moving to Austin to work for the American Civil Liberties Union Foundation of Texas, where he focused his work on religious liberties, free speech, privacy, and LGBT and women’s rights among other areas.  Manuel went to UT as an undergraduate and the University of Illinois Law School and is a native speaker of Spanish and proficient in Portuguese.  We welcome him.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We are proud to announce the hiring of a new lawyer, Matt Bachop.  Before joining Deats, Durst, Owen, &#038; Levy in 2011, Matt worked as a regional attorney for Disability Rights Texas, where he focused on healthcare, housing, employment, transportation, and access issues for people with disabilities.  After graduating law school in 2006, Matt was a law clerk at the Texas 3rd Court of Appeals and a staff attorney for the 53rd District Court of Travis County.  During law school, Matt received a University Co-op Public Interest Award for his work with SafePlace, the Consumer Protection Division of the Texas Attorney General&#8217;s Office, and Texas RioGrande Legal Aid.</p>
